Deleting a Quick Sale Page or Button in F&B

To delete a QSB button for the F&B screen, do the following before deleting a QSB button or Page button:

 

  • Navigate to the Quick Sale Settings screen in F&B: Go to F&B | Setting | Quick Sale Button Setup.

  • Make sure the correct terminal is selected in the Terminal drop-down field.

  • Make sure that you are in the correct Page (category) and that there are no other categories under the button you are about to delete. Tip: If you save often, you can use the Restore Button buttons to bring back your last changes.

To delete a Quick Sale button

  • Select the button to delete, and select the Delete button.

  • Right-click a button to delete, and select Delete.

 

Note: If you want to delete a button from the iPad running CPS Air, you must delete the button from the local PC terminal with the POS Express in the Options for the Sales screen remembering to select the iPad as your terminal first.

 

To delete a page (category) for a Quick Sale button

The Page buttons for F&B are located at the top and you can add as many as you need (vs the Sales screen where there is only four Page buttons.)

 

To delete a Page button for F&B, do the following:

  1. Remember to click Save often so if a mistake happens, you can use the Restore Quick Buttons to undo any mistakes.

  2. Select the Page button, and select Delete.

  • Right-click the Page button and select Delete from the pop-up menu.

  1. Select Save.
